ATLANTA – Power the Vote (www.powerthevote.org) announced that it has partnered with the Democratic Party of Georgia (DPG) to fund three voter protection staff this year. Power the Vote’s investments will support the DPG’s ongoing efforts to ensure that elections in Georgia are more free, fair, and accessible for all voters.
Power the Vote Co-Founder Kimberley Allen said, “There are no ‘off-years’ in democracy. There is important work to be done this year to lay the groundwork for the critical elections in 2026 — including monitoring elections and combating voter purges and voter challenges.
